Common Ninja Creami abbreviations...

A lot of time recipes or tips will use abbreviations that not everyone is familiar with. Here's a list of things you might see in a Ninja Creami recipe.

  • HWC-Heavy whipping cream

  • SF-Sugar Free

  • WW-Weight Watchers

  • BBB-Bed Bath and Beyond

  • FF-Fat free

  • DF-Dairy free

  • T, TB, tbsp, tbs- All mean tablespoon

  • tsp, t- Teaspoon

  • KF-Keto friendly

  • HnH-Half and half

  • Half and Half- Dairy product found in the refrigerated section- usually has a fat content of about 10.5-18%-If you don't have half and half, you can use a combination of milk and heavy whipping cream. The goal is to get the milkfat to be in the range of 10.5-18%. Many use ½ milk and ½ heavy whipping cream to make half and half. But, technically, that combination will have a higher milkfat than half and half does. A better ratio would be using ¼ heavy whipping cream to ¾ whole milk.

  • SCM-Sweetened condensed milk
